What has changed in electric and natural gas service with deregulation?
The customer can now choose to buy energy from a supplier company other than the original provider in that area. These companies are called Energy Service Companies (ESCO's).

What are Energy Service Companies (ESCO's)?
ESCO's are registered with the Public Service Commission and you local utility, and compete to sell you gas and electricity. It gives you the opportunity to take charge of your energy bills. When you buy energy from an ESCO, your utility will still deliver your electricity and gas safely and reliably and will always be there for you in case of a service emergency.

How will Dynamic PL save me money?
Deregulation allows Dynamic PL, to buy energy wholesale from energy providers and pass the savings along to our customers. Dynamic PL does not need to charge various taxes that are included in the utility rate of the regulated utility. In addition, Dynamic PL offers the option of locked in pricing which allows you to have a stable energy price and avoid price spikes in energy.

Is there any fee for switching?
Dynamic PL does not charge any fees to enroll.

Who will bill me for energy supply?
You will receive one bill from your local utility that will include the charges from Dynamic PL.
